ILTIZAM Catalyst Has Helped Businesses Realise
Their Full Potential

MummyRQ
MummyRQ

MummyRQ began in a small home kitchen in 2015 with a simple goal: to provide wholesome and trusted food for children. As the business grew, so did the need for stronger operations, clearer leadership, and a more focused growth strategy.

With mentorship and strategic guidance from ILTIZAM Catalyst, MummyRQ strengthened its operations and shaped a clearer path forward. Today, it operates from a 16,000 sq ft manufacturing facility and aims to bring its flagship halal baby food brand, Groomy, to more than 30 countries by 2030.

Jazro Robotic Academy
Jazro Robotic Academy

Jazro Robotic Academy was built with a mission to prepare Malaysian children for a technology-driven future through robotics, coding, AI, and STEM education. As the business grew, building market awareness and sustaining that growth became key challenges.

Through ILTIZAM Catalyst, Jazro Robotic Academy gained the strategic support needed to strengthen its business foundation and prepare for expansion. This progress helped lead to RM1.2 million in early-stage investment, expansion across multiple states, new learning centres, a structured curriculum, and more than 150,000 students reached nationwide.

Pagi Place
Pagi Place

Pagi Place began during the COVID-19 pandemic as a small baking business focused on staying afloat. By 2022, its founders saw an opportunity to build something with greater purpose, shifting from cakes to naturally fermented sourdough and more wholesome, thoughtfully made food.

ILTIZAM Catalyst helped sharpen that direction by giving the founders greater clarity on their strengths, roles, and business priorities. Today, Pagi Place has grown into a neighbourhood sourdough café focused on making thoughtfully fermented food more accessible, creating meaningful jobs, and balancing commercial growth with social impact.

Wau Tradisi
Wau Tradisi

For nearly six decades, Wau Tradisi has carried the flavours of traditional East Coast Malay cooking from one generation to the next. Founded by Mr Adnan in 1967, the Kota Bharu-based business is now led by Mr Anazim and Mr Azahan, continuing a family legacy built on recipes passed down through generations.

As Wau Tradisi entered its next chapter, ILTIZAM Catalyst helped the team adopt a more structured, data-driven approach to planning and decision-making, while strengthening its understanding of compliance, branding, and strategic management. Today, the business is better prepared to bring its traditional East Coast flavours to a wider market.

Windrunner Asia
Windrunner Asia

What began with motorcycle rainwear grew into Windrunner Asia, a Malaysian motorcycle apparel brand for daily commuters and touring riders. As the business expanded, it needed stronger financial discipline, clearer positioning, and a more structured path for growth.

The experience with ILTIZAM Catalyst encouraged Windrunner Asia to look more closely at its finances and brand direction, shaping a clearer path beyond product sales. Today, it is building towards becoming a stronger rider-focused brand centred on lifestyle, safety, and community, with ambitions to grow regionally.

Kiddie Care Therapy Centre
Kiddie Care Therapy Centre

Since opening in Jitra, Kedah, in 2020, Kiddie Care Therapy Centre has supported children with special needs through special education and early intervention services. As the centre grew, ILTIZAM Catalyst helped strengthen its operations, accounting, brand positioning, and leadership.

Connections formed through the programme also introduced the team to Malaysia’s skills certification ecosystem. Building on this exposure, Kiddie Care Therapy Centre went on to establish a Pusat Penilaian Amali (PPA) for the Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) Level 3 in 2026. This milestone has expanded Kiddie Care Therapy Centre’s impact beyond its core services, helping develop skilled talent for Malaysia’s special education sector.

Klinik Pergigian Saujana
Klinik Pergigian Saujana

A major setback in 2022 became a turning point for Klinik Pergigian Saujana. Following the end of a business partnership, the Melaka-based clinic had to relocate quickly, securing a new location, completing renovations, moving its equipment, and reopening within just four months.

The experience also prompted the clinic to rethink its next steps. Through ILTIZAM Catalyst, it strengthened its approach to rebranding, financial management, technology adoption, and business strategy. Today, Klinik Pergigian Saujana is moving forward with clearer direction and greater confidence in its next phase of growth.

Butik Roti Maria
Butik Roti Maria

For the second generation behind Butik Roti Maria, taking over the family business meant carrying forward more than just a bakery. Over time, the Nilai-based business grew into a riverside destination that combined food, agrotourism, education, and community experiences, but it needed greater visibility and a clearer structure to support its growth.

Joining ILTIZAM Catalyst brought greater structure to its financial planning, branding, and team collaboration, and coincided with the launch of its website. With a clearer foundation in place, Butik Roti Maria continues to grow its riverside destination and reach a wider audience.

Second Cut BBQ
Second Cut BBQ

Patience and precision are at the heart of Second Cut BBQ, a slow-roasted dining destination in Batu Caves, Selangor. As the business grew, the team needed stronger systems, clearer operations, and a more focused brand direction.

The programme gave Second Cut BBQ a clearer view of its finances, manpower, menu costs, and day-to-day processes. It also refined its brand tone and digital presence, allowing the business to move forward with better coordination and a more focused direction.

Astana Optometri
Astana Optometri

When Astana Optometri opened in Paka, Terengganu, in 2016, its focus was clear: to provide holistic eye health services using modern digital screening and therapy tools. As the business grew, however, limited financial tracking and disorganised management made it harder to understand what was working and where improvements were needed.

ILTIZAM Catalyst became a turning point in how the business approached its numbers and operations. With more structured processes and clearer financial insights, Astana Optometri now makes more informed decisions and moves forward with a more sustainable path for growth.

Brutti
Brutti

What began as a passion project grew into Brutti, a bespoke furniture studio in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, known for bold, industrial-style pieces. As the business expanded, unclear costing and inconsistent pricing made growth increasingly risky, with the team sometimes losing money without realising it.

For Brutti, ILTIZAM Catalyst brought greater clarity to both the numbers and the brand. The team refined its pricing, improved cash flow, introduced clearer workflows, and strengthened its digital presence, giving the business greater confidence to grow creatively and sustainably.
